Originally from the UK, I have lived in the United States since 2009. My lifelong interest in health, well-being, and helping others led me to The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh, North Carolina.

My training includes Swedish, lymphatic, prenatal, Himalayan hot stone, and Thai foot massage. I’m also an Advanced Marconics Practitioner and Marconics Initiate Teacher.

I look forward to meeting you wherever you find yourself on your journey.

I studied lymphatic massage and energy healing at The Healing Arts and Massage School in Raleigh and trained in Marconics under Alison David-Bird and Lisa Wilson.
